Again, entertainment system didn't work. 50% of aircraft don't seem to have a functional entertainment system and the crew is absolutely uninterested in fixing. They just say Addis needs to fix it. Well, Addis had better get off it's butt and fix their aircraft.

Boarding was mayhem. Entertainment system wasn't operational. Food was poor. It was like flying in the 1990's. For the price of the ticket, this was not value for money. It felt much more like an extreme discount airline.

It might have nothing to do with the airline but the only problem was the long waiting for baggage claim at Entebbe

I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.

Choice of Vegetarian Food in Economy class needs overhaul improvement

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.

Flight was smooth but unnecessary long because we had to refuel at FCO Rome. Air hostesses service and response to call light could be better. Both planes were old with broken seat arms and toilets. Why Africans had to be given the farthest Gates is what baffles me and why we have to pay for Aisle seats I found really strange. Is there ever an end to ripping people off even after paying over $2300 for one seat.

Luggage delayed for one day. I called customer service, and they had no info and no empathy. Boarding was very disorganized and chaotic. We went nearly 7 hours with no food or snacks on the flight. This is not an airline that has respect for its passengers.

it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.

Same but worse than international. The inter African flights are worse.

The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

Crew was super rude in business class. Not friendly or helpful. Luggage was damaged and was told to file with United and that was unsuccessful.

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable

I got an email from Lufthansa saying that because the flight was full, I could check my cabin bag for free. When I tried to do that, I got charged $75 because it was 'overweight'. Other people who did not check their bags didn't get their bags (that were much larger than mine) weighed. Nor were they denied boarding. This is a scam, right? Expect to see this review EVERYWHERE!

You only get a chocolate square and small bottle of water.!

You cancelled my flight. I paid for seats and luggage handling and was not reimburst. In addition, after having to do 2 connections instead of 1, My baggage was lost. I am now 4 days without baggage.

No complementary food or drink was given for almost 4 hours of a flight.

Terrible. This airline will cancel flights at very short notice.

Babies, crying, movies and sound doesn’t working overpacked and delayed flight

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.

I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist

They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.
